WARMUP

1. Joint Mobility

2. Foam Roller/Lacrosse Balls

WORKOUT

Pullup/Reverse Row Ladder

Pull up                   1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

Reverse Row        5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5

Card Tearing

Tear 5 decks of cards

Finisher

50lb Sandbag pickups, 5 rounds of 1 minute on/ 1 min rest with elevation training mask

Now a little explanation.

This workout is a little easier and less intense than the first workout in the series.  The goal of the pullups and reverse rows are to train and protect your posture.  Here is a video explaining and demonstrating:
