How to Improve Posture with Isometrics

If there was a way you could improve your posture to look taller and leaner, feel better, have a stronger core and foundation and even kick in some handstands for fun would you like to know about it?

Well here is a very interesting little routine that does just that, try it twice a week for a month and let me know how it goes. 😉

Posture Isometrics:

1. Last Man Standing

2. Handstand Hold 1 min

3. Bar of Iron 1 min

4. Handstand 1 min

5. Tripod to Handstand
