Success is not going to happen by itself.
You must become worthy of what it is you seek to achieve.

In case you have not heard it or are deluded by all the disinformation provided by the miracle diets, super pills or fantastic gadgetry on TV infomercials that promise to accomplish this with NO EFFORT on your part, here is the TRUTH.
If you want to lose weight you have to either decrease the number of calories you consume, increase the activity you do to burn more calories or do a combination of both. Here is another FACT, to lose one pound you need to burn 3,500 calories.
Now that you have this TRUTH under your belt you can go about modifying your diet and your activity level so that you can accomplish your goal.
To make it even simpler look at what Clarence Bass wrote in his book, The Lean Advantage, “Simply walking two miles a day in a year’s time will burn off 20 pounds of fat.”
There you have it, a no-cost solution that requires no special gear or expensive supplements. As you can see the solutions are often so simple that the question really is: “Are you COMMITTED enough to do the simple things everyday?” And by everyday I mean EVERYDAY!
Only you can control what goes into your mouth and what activities you choose to do or not do. Your body and your life are the result of what you choose to become. Make yourself WORTHY of what you wish for in life by EARNING it with your actions and you will be making it a reality.
